MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support Sales Managers in day-to-day client servicing and provide timely resolution of customer issues
  • Reach out to prospective clients using a given directory / database
  • Assist to obtain required documentation and complete Sales process
  • Support Sales Managers in providing post-sales support
  • Attend and run road shows / events with the team (may be held on Weekends)
  • Liaise and coordinate with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, and partners
  • Perform any ad-hoc functions as assigned from time to time
  • Handle social media accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in working with CRM would be advantageous
  • Ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize and multitask when needed
  • Meticulous, attentive to detail, with strong communication skills.
  • Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challenges; and always with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
