Job Description


Benefit Summary:

Responsibility:
  • Researching and identifying potential clients within target industries or sectors.
  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting thorough consultations with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job descriptions, candidate qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Developing customized proposals and presentations that outline the agency\'s services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements, to secure new business.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, client retention rates, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
