Job Summary:

• Basic + commission up to $3,600
• Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)
• Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires
• Ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is completed within the required time frame
• Perform leads generation and cold-calling to acquire new clients
• Conduct reference checks; manage the interview process and salary negotiation between clients and candidates
• Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with new and existing clients as well as candidates
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time

Additional Information:

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
• With the passion & affinity to achieve target / KPI
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced and results-oriented environment
• A self-starter, goal driven person willing to put in the required effort to advance
