Job Description
- Office: Changi South Lane
- Working Location: Depending on Project
- 5 days
- Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm
- $ 2500 - $ 3000 + Allowances + Commission
- Gross before commission, $ 3200 - $ 4000
- At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience
- Prior experience in interior furnishing, built environment or related industry is an added advantage
- Able to perform basic measurement and costing calculations
- Develop existing and new client relationships, enquiries and projects
- Market, promote & educate customers such as turnkey interior designers, QS, renovation contractors and end users
- Achieve / exceed set target
- Gather and report on market intelligence, such as trends, competitors\' activity & customer needs and demands
- Prepare updates on sales and project pipelines
- Conduct site visits, attend site meetings and resolve site issues
- Draft quotation, write introductory letters, read drawings and perform measurement to estimate quantity
