Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge in providing excellent customer service to the customers via online or onsite.
- Performing Stock Takes and Quality Checks on new stock arrival, inbounding new stocks into the system
- Ensuring efficient and effective flow of daily packing operations and customer service levels
- Updating of Fulfillment and Customer Service SOPs, replying and resolving Customer Service Enquiries.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Excel and Word
- Able to work in retail hours.
