Our Client, Retail industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Sales Executive .

Job Responsibilities:

• To Develop and implement sales strategies for each brand to ensure that these strategies are effectively implemented.
• To conduct market research and identify opportunities.
• To work with internal marketing team and planning in approaching these potential new clients
• Update clients on new products; when wineries provide new product updates.
• To support various Wine events and promotional activities surrounding the wines.
• To promote the wines that maximize exposures for the respective brands, in line with building brand equity.
• To be involved in developing key sales strategies. To work with the marketing team to develop successful strategies for sales. To have knowledge of the wine market and customer demographic to devise a successful campaign.
• To conduct wine sales analysis and to create action plans based on their analysis.
• They will work in conjunction with the logistics team to ensure there is enough stock available to meet sales forecasts and special events.
• To practice honesty and integrity in their business dealings with the customers.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
• Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selections.
• Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade/retail/similar industry.
• Sharp customer service skills. Empathetic and Listening skills.
• Eloquent and comfortable when delivering product presentations.
• Ability to work independently.
