Schedule and perform product demonstrations/presentations with potential customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets. Follow through on leads to ensure timely closure of deals.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing post-sales queries or concerns and keeping clients informed about project progress.
Generate and submit sales reports to management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales, especially in a relevant industry such as interior design or architecture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and trends.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
