This is unlike any sales role in Manila, you will get uncapped earnings potential and the ability to work with a high-growth Silicon Valley-based startup - Selly Automotive CRM.OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you'll typically be the first point of contact in our sales cycle, outbound calling to schedule sales presentations for our Award-Winning CRM platform. Selly Automotive CRM transforms the way Independent Auto Dealers work, collaborate and communicate driving better business results. After six to nine months, and upon successful and consistent achievement of monthly KPI attainment of target metrics, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Account Executive (AE) Sales Team, where you will begin to drive a sales cycle, take a generous commission for the sales you make, and be eligible for additional commission through contests for the business you close!Key Responsibilities

  • Have a complete technical understanding of Selly CRM and upcoming products and services offerings
  • Ability to effectively articulate the Selly CRM value proposition via phone or email communication
  • Continually prospect for new customers through cold calling and other lead generation efforts as assigned
  • Developing and maintaining a list of top prospects and activity, using CRM data and other resources to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Develop a pipeline of quality business opportunities for the AE Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records of all Lead and Prospecting activities, including sales calls, appointments, and follow-up activity within the assigned territory HubSpot CRM
  • Be a Selly Evangelist in all aspects of the position
  • Be passionate about sales with high energy and a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate excellent organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Zendesk and HubSpot CRM
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience preferred; Customer Service experience does not qualify
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to handle long calls with American customers
  • Experience making 80 or more outbound cold calls per day and having a quota as well as KPI's (be able to explain these as well)
  • Quick learner that can quickly apply concepts into practice
  • Must have experience cold calling into North American, Australian, or UK Accounts
  • Ability to demonstrate complex software, convey value, and close business
