- Provide customer service and support
- Responsible of drafting and prepare documentation
- Draft and prepare presentation material
- Min Diploma in any Engineering field
- Coordination with customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies
- Arrangement of daily shipment
- Able to prepare import & export shipping documents
- Handle orders, follow up, delivery and shipping notice
- Coordinator with Supplier on delivery / shipping
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
