audio-visual (AV) and LED display solutions
to clients across various sectors including commercial, retail, education, and government.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in AV technology and system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, tender.
Engage potential clients to understand their AV requirements and present suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and basic presentations with support from the technical team
Follow up with leads, close sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Assist in coordinating project handover between clients and the project team
Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings when required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of sales experience (AV/LED industry preferred but not mandatory; training provided)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
Basic understanding of AV/LED products is an advantage
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus
