Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships. For fresh graduates, ample sales training will be provided. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Willing to conduct outdoor sales and outdoor meetings

Qualifications:

Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive for achieving targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
