We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our growing accounting and professional services firm. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of services including accounting, tax advisory, auditing, company secretarial, payroll, and business consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, target, and secure new clients across SMEs, corporations, and entrepreneurs.
Promote the firm's full range of services tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust and service excellence.
Act as the main point of contact for potential and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
Market & Strategy
Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Contribute ideas to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Attend networking events, business forums, and seminars to expand the client base.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns.
Collaborate with accountants and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in professional services (accounting, finance, consulting, or similar).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with accounting/financial services is an added advantage.
