About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at INDEX


HOLDING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.





This full-time role will involve engaging with prospective clients, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

1. Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and generating referrals


2. Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services


3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet and exceed your assigned sales targets


4. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients


5. Collaborating with the wider team in Headquarter to share best practices and contribute to the development of sales strategies


6. Support locally the Dubai team in charge of International Sales and follow-up eventually with local f2f appointments.


7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge

What we are looking for

1. Proven sales experience, ideally within the

M.I.C.E

industry


2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively


3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets


4. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
