Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle awning sales enquiries and provide professional advice to customers. Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers until job confirmation. Conduct site visits when necessary to take measurements and assess site conditions. Liaise with the site supervisor on pre-installation requirements. Complete all necessary sales and project-related documentation. Monitor the progress of jobs from confirmation to completion. Maintain after-sales service and build strong customer relationships. Meet the monthly sales targets as set by the company. Participate in marketing activities such as distributing brochures and flyers. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to management when required.

Requirements:



Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week. Proven sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read site plans and take accurate measurements is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. * Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
