We work with some of the most exciting brands across F&B, retail, lifestyle, and corporate sectors, helping them build strong digital presences, launch high-impact campaigns, and achieve measurable ROI.


We're looking for a driven

Sales Executive

to join our team and play a key role in growing our portfolio of clients. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals, you'll fit right in.


What You'll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries. Build strong relationships with prospective clients through outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Present Cintra's suite of services, social media retainers, ad campaigns, UGC banks, podcasting, and more, in a compelling way that drives conversions. Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting to track growth.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and presentation skills--you can explain ideas clearly and persuasively. A self-starter mindset: proactive, persistent, and results-driven. Previous outbound sales or business development experience is a plus (we're open to hungry learners who can prove themselves). Interest in digital marketing, social media, or creative industries. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
