We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.


Sales Generation:

Actively pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and follow-ups.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.


Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.


After-Sales Support:

Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and handle any service needs or concerns.


Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates to confidently answer customer questions.


Coordination with Teams:

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.


Documentation:

Prepare and update sales records, quotations, and customer details accurately.


Other ad-hoc duties related to sales and customer service as required.





Requirements:



Educational Background:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred.


Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.


Customer Service Mindset:

Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.


Sales-Driven:

Motivated by targets and able to work independently to meet goals.


Problem-Solving Skills:

Able to resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently.


Basic Computer Skills:

Comfortable using email, Microsoft Excel, and sales systems


Team Player:

Willing to support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
