Sales Executive

to join our team and take our business to the next level.


Key Responsibilities



Sales & Account Management


+ Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across both

retail

and

corporate segments

.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with

interior designers, architects, developers, contractors

, and direct consumers.
+ Handle incoming leads and convert them into successful sales.

Client Consultation


+ Understand client needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
+ Provide product demonstrations and samples, and prepare customized quotations.
+ Offer expert advice on product selection, installation requirements, and after-sales care.

Project Coordination


+ Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
+ Follow up on project timelines, payments, and customer satisfaction.

Market Development


+ Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
+ Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
+ Provide feedback to management on market insights and opportunities.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of sales experience

in the interior design or building products industry (preferably flooring, tiles, laminates, or similar). Strong network within the

interior design, architectural, and construction

community is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
