Key Responsibilities



Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial cleaning. Source and monitor opportunities from procurement platforms such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, Ariba, and other vendor portals. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in compliance with requirements. Generate leads through industry events, networking, referrals, and direct outreach (including cold-calling). Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities. Track and analyze tender submissions to improve win/loss performance. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, performance, and marketing activities. Recommend strategies to strengthen sales effectiveness and client engagement. Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and customer feedback. Negotiate terms, close contracts, and coordinate smooth handover to operations for service onboarding.

Requirements



Sales experience in the cleaning services industry preferred. Strong prospecting skills with the ability to convert cold leads into clients. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Familiarity with the tendering process for commercial cleaning contracts. * Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
