Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for existing customers, to address their needs and inquiries promptly and
effectively
Feedback customer requirements clearly to internal departments (e.g., engineering, production,
logistics) and work together to fulfil customer need whether in quality goods, documentation, etc.
Prepare and support customer audits to ensure customer expectations and quality standard
satisfaction.
Maintain and strengthen close relationship with customers account for business increase and
longevity
Suggest or carry out plans to support quality or financial improvements
Requirements:
Min 'A' level / Diploma in manufacturing / engineering or related fields or equivalent
Min 3 years experience in sales or quality in manufacturing industries
Able to work with interdepartment members to support customer requests or requirements
Possess pleasant personality, be meticulous, well-organised, resourceful, full of initiative and
professionalism, able to maintain confidentially, exercise tact and discretion
Able to handle multiple priorities, operate with minimum supervision and adaptable to changes in
priorities and approaches in fast-paced environment and work overtime
