You will be the main point of contact to our customers where providing service, answering product enquiries, design and sales related questions.
Providing quality sales and consultation service for soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds & ShyZip.
Handle incoming sales enquiries
Preparing of quotations, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
Managing projects from sales completion to handover and after sales service to ensure superior customer experience
Any other ad hoc dutiesassigned
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in a retail or customer support environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in fast moving environment
Immediate availability/within short notice

Able to converse well in Basic English
Experience in soft furnishing (curtains & blinds) will be an added advantage
Able to work on Weekends / Public Holiday
It will be an added advantage if you possess a Class 3 driving license.
