Your Role on Our Journey:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be a driving force in our growth strategy, laser-focused on sourcing and securing new clients. Your main task? To identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and craft tailored solutions that bring value. From prospecting leads and pitching our services to closing deals and onboarding new clients, your role will be essential in expanding our client base and fuelling revenue growth. You'll help build strong client relationships, boost our market presence, and keep our sales momentum thriving.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures:
Actively prospect and reach out to new clients, presenting our services and establishing strong business relationships.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless handover to account management.
Stay in close contact with new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing any initial needs or questions.
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within new accounts, maximizing potential revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
Keep up to date on industry trends and competitive dynamics to refine and adapt our sales strategy.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
At least 2 year of experience in a hunter-focused sales role, such as Sales, Business Development
A strong drive for seeking and capturing new business opportunities
Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and goal-oriented approach to sales
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt sales strategies to different client needs
