Handle internal & external quote enquires from Customers/Oversea Offices/Agents. Coordinate shipment arrangements, generate shipment report, & troubleshoot solutions case-by-case for customer by working together with operations, overseas offices on sales-related businesses. Generate business leads internally and secure new business and grow customer base, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Prepare & promote effective market promotions for Diversified Freight System (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Responsible for developing mutual accounts with overseas team, setup target goals and pursuit for achievement.

Qualifications




Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping. Proven ability to handle both internal and external customer inquiries professionally. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, overseas offices, and agents. Capable of preparing and promoting effective marketing or sales campaigns * Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
