What you'll do (Responsibilities)



Prospect, cold-call, and identify new B2B opportunities in the F&B, HORECA, corporate & institutional sectors for machines, beans, and related equipment Drive full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, close deals, and hand over to operations/installation teams Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. owners, operations managers, procurement) Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline progress to leadership

What we're looking for (Requirements)



Minimum

2 years' experience

in B2B sales, ideally in coffee machines, F&B equipment, or HORECA supplies Strong knowledge or exposure to coffee machines, grinders, bean supply, or related consumables Track record of consistently hitting or overachieving sales quotas Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Self-starter, results-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
