Job Description

Responsibilities



Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and seminars. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations. Develop event concepts and themes based on client requirements and company objectives. Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation, and tracking expenses. Create and distribute event invitations, promotional materials, and marketing collateral. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering. Oversee event registration and attendee management, including ticketing and guest lists. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events through various channels. Coordinate audiovisual and technical requirements, including stage setup, lighting, and sound. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements



At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, integrated marketing agency environment or a relevant industry Strong client-centric Good communication and negotiation skills Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as discipline and good judgment Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Demonstrable organizational skills, with a good eye for detail Excellent computer knowledge of PC environments with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Writing, and proofing skills are also required Ability to work independently, organized, dependable and detail-oriented * Team player with a cooperative spirit Quick learner, efficient and high sense of urgency
