Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage sales booths or roadshow stations at designated locations.
Engage with potential customers, present product information, and generate interest.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product or service being offered.
Handle customer objections, provide solutions, and close sales effectively.
Maintain high standards of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales and customer information.
Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards at all times.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to report to the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, particularly face-to-face, retail, or event-based sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in various locations.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in roadshows, events, or B2C marketing campaigns.
Sales certifications or training will be an added advantage.
