Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of construction materials, equipment, or services to contractors, developers, and related businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries. Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market dynamics. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. * Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
