Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries, develop sales proposals, provide quotations, and facilitate order closure to achieve sales targets. Proactively research market trends and identify new customer sources. Maintain relationships with existing clients, address their needs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Report on business activities and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

Diploma or above; proficient in written and spoken English.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of furniture experience.

Skills:

Detail-oriented, responsible, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player.

Knowledge:

Candidates with knowledge in furniture industry.

Working Hours:

5 days work week with alternating Saturdays. 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (1hr lunch break from 12pm to 1pm).
