Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals independently or in collaboration with the sales manager.
Coordinate with sales admin, production, logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their goals.
Proactively identify, target, and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential leads in line with Company's strategy.
Deliver persuasive product presentations and value propositions to decision-makers.
Resolve client issues and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, market analysis and ad-hoc reports.
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-driven, resourceful, and resilient in achieving sales goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
