Job Description

Sales Executive


Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.


Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.


Attend site visits during tender stages to understand site conditions and project requirements.


Meet with clients regularly to address concerns, and ensure smooth communication.


Coordinate with the site supervisor to conduct monthly site walks and prepare the Work Done Plan for progress claims.


Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and related documentation.


Understand and interpret simple technical drawings related to project requirements.


Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.


Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and negotiate contracts with clients.


Monitor market trends and report sales activities and pipeline updates to management.


Requirement





At least one or two years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction/Engineering industry. Basic quantification skills would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. * Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
