Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Attend tender site-walks, draft and prepare quotations to fulfil project requirements
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Achieve Sales Target & Business Objectives
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Set up meetings with potential clients, managing and interpreting customer requirements
To follow up quotes in a timely manner with the customer and to ensure constant sales pipeline
Co-ordinate projects to ensure smooth running of project deliveries and act as a point of contact with clients, consultants and/or architects.
Attend periodical site discussions and handover meetings as per client's requirements.
Prepare purchase orders for material procurement and ensure budgets for individual projects are met.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years sales experience in outdoor sales. Experience with MCST and/or other building (including malls and hotels) maintenance projects will be advantageous.
Detailed and strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Willing to work night shift occasionally should client requires it (compensation scheme to be discussed during interview).
