Build rapport with customers
To generate new leads to drive sales and revenue.
To have define, implement and execute the commercial operation and sales strategy.
Responsible for pre and post sales activities, tenders and negotiation
Provide monthly sales forecasts, assist with timely delivery and account receivable collection
To establish, maintain and expand new customers base and service the needs of existing and future customers.
Initiate and promote new opportunities, provide professional tools, support and feedback, all in the effort to increase sales and bring new business.
To provide qualified technical support to customers' request for quotation, preparation, presentation and negotiation in line with the Company's directives.
Prospect new clients by cold calling, meeting, submission of quotes and close deals.
To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account.
Requirements
Able to work under pressure, long/flexible hours as and when required
Good negotiation and communication skills (Both oral and written)
Positive attitude with effective presentation skills
Computer literate (MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint at least)
Initiative, resourceful, self-motivated and team player
* Possess own vehicle is advantage (Transport Allowance)
