Responsibilities for international sales representative
Export Sales and Trading of wood related products
To Develop new market and managing existing customers
To Develop new supplier and managing existing suppliers
Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase order
Ensure compliance to legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures.
Monitor export sales transactions and review all customer responses for sales orders and payments.
Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement
Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements.
Execute and grow business on strategy and plan set by Manager
Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
Qualifications for international sales representative
1-2 years of experience in wood related commodity sales is a plus
Sales in Wood furniture and wood related product background is a plus
Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events
Willing to travel overseas
Meet volume & profit targets set by leadership and provide insight to margin management department
Knowledge of International shipping is a plus
In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
Well organized, industrious, creative and self-sufficient
Requires good teaming and negotiation skills
