Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored battery solutions.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs at a regional level.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Support regional marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or client visits as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Knowledge or experience with lead-acid batteries and industrial battery applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage for liaising with regional and China-based partners.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
* Willingness to travel on short notice within the region.
