Sales Executive

Compensation Package:

Basic Salary:

$2,500/month

Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Company. Actively go out to meet potential customers and conduct cold calls to expand the client base. Establish rapport with prospects and arrange in-person or virtual meetings. Prepare and present customized quotes and proposals. Manage tenders and contracts, including new submissions and renewals. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding company offerings. Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide ongoing technical support. Handle complaints and resolve customer concerns professionally. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management or HOD.

Requirements:

Experience in field sales or business development preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in face-to-face customer engagement. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with tender and contract processes is a plus.
