We are looking for a motivated and driven sales executive to manage our key accounts within the pet food industry.
Experience in B2B sales and a car license is required. A strong understanding of E-Commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) and their backend workings is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Order and Customer Management
1. Process and manage orders from pet shops.
2. Build strong relationships with both new and existing key customers, developing strategies to grow sales.
3. Value-add to key accounts by providing industrial insights and analysis of store performances.
4. Manage inventories and product returns - ageing, stock covers.
5. Convey clearly customer concerns, requirements, and opportunities to brand principals.
Marketing Support
1. Occasionally propose, or design marketing materials to communicate consumer promotions.
Coordination
1. Work closely with brand principals to review performance of key accounts.
2. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure prompt delivery for customers.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin - as some key accounts are mainly Mandarin speakers.
4. Good communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
5. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
6. A positive mindset, growth-driven attitude and self-discipline are essential.
7. ?Experience in e-commerce and pets is a plus.
