Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team on a

base +

commission-based

arrangement. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and have a passion for the marine or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business leads. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source competitive products and services. Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients in a timely manner. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in

B2B sales

,

marine

, or

industrial parts and services

preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with marine equipment, ship systems, or spare parts is an advantage.
