Build and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing corporate clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and account development.
Promote the company's products and services through effective marketing and promotional activities.
Conduct cold calls and arrange appointments to secure new sales opportunities.
Actively visit customers on a daily basis to drive sales and strengthen client engagement.
Participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions to identify and generate potential business leads.
Stay updated on technological advancements, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating professionalism, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
Provide daily reports to the manager on customer visits and sales activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
Some relevant working experience in a related field or similar position.
Engineering background preferred.
Familiarity with the marine industry and established contacts within the sector will be advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across different organizational levels.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
