To assist in all sales activities and provide personalized service to travel agents e.g., 80 agents and execute strategies to meet the targeted revenue.
To prepare sales presentations, proposals and other documents regarding products and promotions prepared by Revenue Management and sell to travel agents and prospective clients including product briefings conduction.
To monitor the sales performance of travel agents, by providing service and support related to FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and groups movement
To participate actively in travel trade and consumer fairs.
To monitor market trends and collect insights regarding OALs (Other Airlines) strategy and analyse sales data from Business Intelligence and perform quarterly review with all account coverage.
To be liaison between Travel Trade and relevant Malaysia Airlines Business Unit (revenue management, airport operation and customer service) in resolving problems arise from daily operation.
To develop and strengthen networking with the key decision makers within the Travel Agencies, including organizing MH related events and activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field..
Degree - minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Singapore.
Diploma - minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Singapore.
