ITIVITI provides business-critical software and services to financial institutions globally, including low-latency connectivity and routing infrastructures, direct market access to global and regional exchanges, multi-asset low-touch and high-touch order management and execution systems, risk management and middle office solutions, as well as proprietary trading and market-making solutions. About the role: Our APAC Sales Team is made of multicultural, highly experienced experts, working autonomously and spread across our Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney offices. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Singapore team, to manage and grow our ASEAN & South Asia business. The successful Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and prospecting new business opportunities, as well as managing existing relationships with an eye for growing revenue by cross selling between our global regions or by up-selling in existing accounts. This role reports directly to the APAC Head of Sales. Main responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads and building a healthy pipeline of potential clients through cold-calling & networking.
  • Growing existing accounts of the firm by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Closing on key deals to ensure the firm reaches aggressive sales targets.
  • Managing client enquiries and taking ownership of the sales process and administrative follow ups.
  • Promoting the company’s brand through professional events and conferences.
  • Reporting to regional and global management on sales, sales progress, local trends, requirements, and issues, in order to facilitate operations and strategic decisions.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Past experience in selling financial software solutions.
  • Specific experience in selling complex order management, risk, pricing, market making, connectivity or execution platforms to sell-side financial institutions would be a key strength.
  • Good understanding of Equities, Derivatives, Warrants, ETFs, FX, and Fixed Income order execution workflows.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and multi-year, multi-entity contracts.
  • Team player with proven sales, lead generation, and client management skills.
  • Independent, assertive, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Proven skills to manage complex deals and report issues to other parties efficiently.
  • Ability to engage C-level decision-makers, with outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - a must.
  • Other/regional languages - a plus.
