Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to all times
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up appointments with potential members and recommend a suitable service
- Conduct club tours and recommend a suitable membership
- Maintain professional relationships with existing members
- Provide information on classes and availability
- Process membership administration and cancellation of membership
- Outgoing and love to exercise is a must.
- Keen on pursuing a career in a fast paced environment
- Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity
- Basic computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft office
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week
