Ultimate Performance (U.P.) hosts the world’s leading Personal Trainers where results come first. Having been established for over a decade, we currently have 22 gyms across 4 different continents and have been described as the “Goldman Sachs, Real Madrid, and Apple of Personal Training”. We operate in a niche area within the health and fitness market, specifically 1-2-1 personal training, online personal training, U.P. branded merchandise and nutritional supplement sales, delivered through a global estate of high specification gyms and technology. Due to our ongoing business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic and growing company at our U.P. Singapore gym. This is a full-time position, with the expectation you will work outside of usual office hours, and on weekends. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct sales consultations for personal training services with a strong conversion rate
  • Following up on non-converted Sales, with the goal of converting them
  • Building rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities.
  • Working closely with the personal training team to generate additional sales through referrals
  • Handling incoming personal training enquiries, dealing with client bookings and personal trainer consultations.
  • Support the Gym Manager with ad-hoc duties.
  • Organising renewals of client memberships.
  • Logging relevant in-gym sales via the CRM system.
  • Liaising with clients and the client support team for payments, renewals and general enquiries.
  • Assisting in organising reallocations of clients or cover when the assigned Trainer is on leave.
Requirements The ideal candidate will:
  • Have the ability to perform sales consultations successfully both face-to-face and over the phone. Sales will form a large fundamental part of this role so is a critical competency.
  • Have experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Have an approachable and friendly attitude towards employees and clients.
  • Have well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong time-management skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and take constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fitness industry such as Personal Training, gyms, or similar structures is desirable but not essential.
