Job Description
Working Hours: 5-day weekly, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm / 10/30am to 8pm, Sundays 10am to 3pm
Commission + Basic monthly salary package
Your duties:
- Assist with the development and implementation of the marketing strategy to identify, target and recruit students to TMC
- Take part in information sessions to students, parents and community groups as required providing advice on all aspects of TMC courses and government regulations relating to students.
- Ensure that recruitment initiatives are in line with the division’s operational plan
- Continue to work with students after they commence their courses to maximize retention and encourage progress through to higher qualifications.
- Provide professional advice to schools and businesses regarding TMC courses and facilities and the benefits available to students who study at TMC.
- execute Student administration tasks such as enrolment and data entry
- Coordinate marketing events with other departments
- Cover student counter duties and answer all enquiries
- Contribute to planning and organisation of company events when selected for such project
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
Selection Criteria:
- At least A Level or equivalent
- Well spoken and written English
- Able to perform under pressure and take initiative
- Confortable with cold calls, attending fairs and education events
- Well informed on current market trends
