Job Description


Job Summary: The Sales Executive plays a key role in our sales team and will be responsible to develop customer base and all sales related activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Contract, coordinate & execute sale agreement to the execution team

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Execute day to day sales activities
  • Plan & execute sales plan to achieve sales target & performance
  • Actively expand the customer base with new sales opportunities through social media platform, networking, account relationship, cold callings, and various marketing tools.
  • Attend to customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations, and follow up on orders.
  • Sells services and product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and imposing organization standards.

  • Work with Director to come up with marketing ideas
  • Communicate with affiliated partners to drive marketing campaign
  • Develop and manages social media platform like Facebook and other
  • Oversee marketing and sales campaign
  • Handle some clienteles accounts

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good at networking and results orientated.
  • A "can do" attitude and strong sales/customer service focus
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and matured with a positive attitude.
  • Computer skills (words, excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • GCE “O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Prefer to have a Class 3 driving license
