Sales of hazardous chemical waste collection, treatment, recycling and disposal services
Acquire new revenue growth by handling inbound new business calls for permanent commercial and industrial customers.
Effectively negotiate to retain customers from in-bound calls related to lost business due to competitive reasons. Contact the appropriate sales representative if the customer cannot be retained.
To provide qualified technical support to customers’ request for quotation, preparation, presentation and negotiation in line with the Company’s directives.
Provide customers with assistance regarding billing issues/questions.
Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives.
To establish, maintain and expand new customers base and service the needs of existing and future customers.
Prospect new clients by cold calling, meeting, submission of quotes and close deals.
Responsible for complying with company’s policies and procedures.
To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account.
Respond to all increases and decreases in service, change of ownership and other miscellaneous service changes that affect revenue
Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough understanding of recycling processes and policies.
Thorough understanding of waste management programs.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
・At least 3 years working in waste management environment field
・Experienced at leading sales and revenue, with initiative and self-motivation, you'll juggle a varied workload with ease, effectively balancing strategic and operational priorities.
・With experience of drawing up budgets and reports, and with excellent written skills, you'll be keen to utilize data to create clear and meaningful evaluations.
・You are a detail-oriented and result-driven executive.
