(Hiring a Sales Assistant for 3 months contract, to convert to full-time employee if performance is satisfactory)

Looking for an individual with enthusiasm, energy and commitment who possesses excellent communication and people skills. The Sales Assistant is responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence. He/She also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. In order to drive seamless customer experience across channels, the Sales Assistant handles order fulfillment processes for customers in store. The Sales Assistant operates in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment. As the first point-of-contact in store, he/she serves as the ambassador of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Be tactful and patient when dealing with customers; always be professional and have positive attitude regardless your mood
• Be vigilant in safe handling of goods at all times and take measures against theft
• Describe appropriately product's features; demonstrate product usage; offer various models and color options
• Provide information about warranties and meaning of manufacturers' specifications
• Be diligent and creative to achieve individual and group sales target
• Responsible for standard housekeeping
• Follow through every assigned task and area of duty and stay accountable
• In charge of POS (Point-of-sale) duties

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ levels with a pass in English or equivalent
• Strong passion for customer service
• Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset
