Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales.
Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
Identify new potential customers and set approach strategies for maximizing profits
Provide after sales service, resolve issues, problem solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
Business and market development of new market entries and domestic market and actively search for new and upcoming projects
Actively make cold call to establish new customer relationships.
Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
Report to Sales Manager about goals, sales, and prospects
2-3 years proven work experience in Singapore as a sales executive and possess excellent communication, negotiation, strong analytical and time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Experience in the construction worker supply industry/ building Construction industry / engineering background would be an advantage
