Handle inquiries, issue worksheets, invoices, delivery notes and all other documents pertaining to own account (full documentation and arrangement of own account including payment monitoring)
Liaise with relevant department such as Production, Operations and Purchasing to ensure smooth progress of items under reconditioning and those for delivery
Attend and communicate to customers correspondence, query and complaints promptly via email and phone calls, and customer visits
Monitor incoming items, repair status at workshop, vessel schedules for delivery and all other things as required
Assist in all activities involving Sales & Marketing
Report to Manager in charge
Candidates with at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Marine Engineering field is an advantage.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Must be computer literate and can work under pressure
