Maintain good relationships with customers to increase satisfaction to generate new/repeated purchase. Liaise with customer on sales inquiry, price negotiation, quality issues and etc. Conduct market survey in order to proceed sales forecast timely and prepare relevant sales report. Provide excellent customer service/support at all times. Business Travel is required.
