People Management The staff will manage the global sales of specialty plastics and the staff guides overseas office members. Geographical Scope ASEAN + South West Asia (primarily SEA and India) Responsibilties Global Sales and Marketing of specialty plastics raw material Investment project member (for marketing). This includes new product development together with the customers/invested companies. Internal Control Enhancement (improve job efficiency) Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree holder 3-5 years of relevant work experience (such as Import or Export business sales and marketing of commodities/raw materials) Travel: Required (Yes) Frequency ( 1-2times/month) Good communication and presentation skill Good at business process restructuring preferred Innovative mindset/think out-of-box Japanese language ability to liaise with HQ, vendors and affiliate companies preferred
