Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Highlights

• Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Chinese Books)

• Office: near Bugis

• Working hours: 6 days per week (10:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 6:30 pm daily)

Shifts are required on weekends

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct frequent outreach visits at customers\xe2\x80\x99 sites to listen to their needs and satisfaction with company\'s products and services. Explore new customer.

• Promoting existing & introducing new products online and offline.

• Focus on generating new sales leads and follow up.

• Preparation of quotation and presentation required by customer.

• Answer customer inquiries.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Main point-of-contact for clients

• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information

• Identify service and product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Skills & Qualifications:

• O Level/Diploma and above in sales or marketing role experience.

• 1-2 years of product sales or marketing role experience is preferred.

• Understanding of books sales is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.

• High energy level and creativity, familiar with web sales.

• Passionate and positive, can-do attitude, aggressive, proactive and good self-discipline is the key

• Good Presentation, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills
